Please read these Terms of Use, including those set forth in the Privacy Policy (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Meshy application (the “App”) made available by Karma Academy pty ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the App.

Premium Features

Premium features are available through in-app purchases and provide access to advanced export options, higher resolution outputs, extended template library, and additional customization tools. Premium purchases are one-time transactions processed through Apple’s App Store. If you have any issues with premium purchases, all refunds are handled by Apple. Karma Academy pty ltd does not send invoices to customers that purchase premium features.

Gradient Creation and Export

You retain full ownership of all gradients, wallpapers, and backgrounds you create using Meshy. The App provides tools for gradient creation and export functionality, but does not claim any rights to your creative work. You are responsible for ensuring your use of exported content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Template Library

Meshy includes a template library with pre-designed gradient combinations. These templates are provided for your creative use and inspiration. Premium users gain access to an extended template library with additional options.

Fee Changes

Karma Academy pty ltd, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify premium feature pricing.

Refunds and Billing Disputes

All purchases are final. Karma Academy pty ltd cannot issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID. If you have a billing dispute, you must contact the App Store to seek a remedy.

Data and Privacy

All gradient data, configurations, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your creative work or personal information. Export functionality uses standard iOS sharing mechanisms.

Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. Karma Academy pty ltd its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the App will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the results of using the App will meet your requirements.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
